TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, shipping policy, and refund policy outlined below.


1. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All products sold on this website are custom 3D-printed products manufactured from legally obtained online design files.

These products are aftermarket items and are NOT original factory parts, OEM parts, or manufacturer-approved components.

Any vehicle, brand, or model names are used solely to indicate compatibility.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in appearance, surface finish, colour, and texture may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

All products are manufactured on demand and are not mass-produced or stocked items.


2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Full payment of the final invoice amount is required before any order is processed or shipped.

Goods will only be shipped once the full payment reflects in our account.

Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may experience delays.


3. MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING POLICY

All products are manufactured to order. We do not keep stock on hand.

Production time is typically 1–3 working days, depending on the size, complexity, and quantity of items ordered.

Once production is complete, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.

Free delivery applies to orders over R2,000.

We currently only ship within South Africa.

Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may incur additional shipping charges and/or longer delivery times.

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.


4. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A flat fee of R200 will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover shipping and handling costs where the product has already been delivered.

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only and do not include shipping or delivery charges.

If you would like an exchange, the original product must first be returned to our warehouse. Once received, a new order must be placed for the replacement item.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

The return process may take up to 7 working days depending on courier transit times.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Credit and debit card refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.


5. LOST OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

In the event that a shipment is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

A shipment will only be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 60 days from the date of dispatch.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost, a full refund will be issued, or alternative arrangements will be made with the customer.


6. PRIVACY AND POPIA COMPLIANCE

We respect and protect your privacy.

Customer information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order processing, delivery, customer support, and legal compliance purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

Information may only be shared with service providers where necessary to fulfil your order, such as payment processors and courier companies.

We are committed to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa and take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
